Airtel, Vodafone Idea and Jio announced up to 42 percent tariff hikes in prepaid plans.
Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Idea posted huge losses, last month. After that, there were announcements by both the companies regarding hike in the tariffs in the coming days. Recently Reliance Jio announced that their prepaid tariffs will be also hiked in few days. Now war of giving lowest prepaid tariffs between this companies will be stopped.

After Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Idea have announced that there prepaid tariff will be hiked, so change in prepaid tariff will come into effect from "December-3rd-2019". Vodafone Idea has revised the rates of only those plans which offer unlimited calls and data. Apart from that, the company also announced several new plans. Reliance Jio have hiked there prepaid tariffs by 40% and Both Bharti Airtel & Vodafone Idea have hiked their prepaid tariffs by 42%.
